They came and took them down and brought them back when finished. I was missing some of the hinge parts so make sure you keep track of them when they take away your shutters. Lucky the installer had some extra parts in his truck that worked ok. They fixed all of the broken staples and repainted everything. My shutters look brand new.

OVERALL I WAS HAPPY. I'VE HAD A COUPLE OF MINOR THINGS AND THEY'RE IN THE PROCESS OF BEING FIXED AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHER PEOPLE. MINOR THINGS WERE A COUPLE OF INSTALLATION PROBLEMS SO THEY'RE GOING TO HAVE TO FIX THE SHUTTERS BECAUSE THEY WERE INSTALLED INCORRECTLY.

THE SHUTTERS ARE TERRIFIC QUALITY. INSTALLATION WAS RELATIVELY QUICK AND EASY. SERVICE IS ALWAYS EXCEPTIONAL. MAGNETS THAT CLOSE THE SHUTTERS BREAK EASILY, ESPECIALLY WITH CHILDREN, BUT ARE REPLACED EASILY. WHEN THE KIDS BROKE SEVERAL OF THE SHUTTER PANES, IT WAS $250 MINIMUM FOR THE SERVICE CALL. I FELT THIS WAS EXCESSIVE. I MAY RECONSIDER USING THEM FOR FUTURE PROJECTS BECAUSE OF THEIR COST FOR REPAIR/ MINIMUM CHARGE FOR SERVICE CALL.

THE SALESMAN CAME OUT, HAD ONE FOLLOW-UP PHONE CALL AND THE ORDER WAS PLACED OVER THE PHONE - THE INSTALLATION WAS ON TIME AND VERY PROFESSIONAL - THE WORKERS SHOWED UP WHEN PROMISED.
