After getting a mailer from the company I called for a free estimate on a house we had just purchased which was in need of new sprinklers. After haggling about the cost of sod & sprinkler materials (homeowners should always do their research before you meet these people so if they tell you a price, you are aware if they are being honest or not), we agreed on an install date. They showed up on time & I was home to see the work. Sod was delivered a little early & they installed it without calling me first to make sure it was okay. It was not as I had planned on having some stepping pavers put down. They also miscalculated how much sod was needed & I had to order more. I figured out that they were in a rush to finish as a neighbor had approached them about a job at their house so they were trying to rush my job. Three of the sod panels turned yellow because of inadequate water & they failed to fertilize dirt before they laid the sod. Also- the day job for them is catering. Beware!!
