They arrived at about 3 PM and cleaned all the carpeting in the house in about an hour. Ron told me about the special soap they use and gave me a small supply in a bottle to keep for future use. They were very nice and the carpets are still very clean and have resisted acquiring the "doggy" smell that always seemed to come right back after other cleanings.
