New interior parts for the water heater were ordered and Dan came out to drain and repair it. After a lot of work, the debris in the system lessened and the unit worked better than it had in years.

They usually call me back right away. I can usually get them to come to my home within a day or so if I need them. I feel that they are honest and that they don't overcharge me. They are very pleasant and talkative. I appreciate how they aren't afraid to give me recommendations in order to save money. I feel that their prices are reasonable.
