Working with Masterpiece Garden Inc was a pleasure. We have a beautiful new lawn that he absolutely transformed. He's kind, polite, patient, knowledgeable, and he listened. After working with him the past couple weeks, and being so happy with his work, it's easy to see that he puts a lot of effort and love in his work and he cares about the finished product and customer follow-up.

Masterpiece Garden Inc. team did a great job for us! We needed our yard cleaned up and they showed up right on time and now our yard looks great. We also got some guidance on future work we we wanted to do as well. We'll definitely use them again!

The crew did a very nice job spreading new rock to freshen up the yard. The entire work area, including the street, was cleaned up very well. Price was reasonable. Masterpiece Garden Inc team was a pleasure to deal with and communicated well.

As a business person its hard to write this type of review since the service was overall fairly good. I was looking for a yard maintenance crew due to lack of communication from the previous one. When I first spoke with Michael, the owner, I explained my concerns and he assured me he would be out about every 2 months. A little about my yard. The lot is a standard tract house 50x120 so not large. There is no grass so the work is primarily pruning and cleaning up. They are not inexpensive-$130/visit. Three hispanic guys showed up. They were always pleasant and overall did a good job. The problem was Michael was never with them and I have many different types of plants that require different care. I didn't expect the crew to be as knowlegeable as the owner about their care and occassionally they did something wrong. Communication with Michael was difficult. When I emailed him that I would like better communication and him to come out 5-6 times/year he said that was not possible and I should find a different crew. I certainly don't think my request was unreasonable. I think he is much more interested in the lucrative construction phase rather than the maintenance. I suppose if you have a relatively straight forward yard, don't mind paying top dollar, and don't need to see the owner they would be fine to use. Again his crew is overall very good.city

They did a very exceptional job. The basic qualities were good about them. They were on time and the quality of the work was very good. They cleaned up afterwards. The guy who runs the place is very knowledgeable about plants and we selected the plants together. The selection seemed to be good. He really thought about the sun and shade, and things like that in the yard. The service on the plants was very good and the work on the patio was of high quality. I guess he was more expensive but it was good value for money. I did not get any other quotes and I used him because he was recommended to me by someone. I would use his services again in the future.
