We asked him to return the check and finally he returned it. I want to correct my prior statement by not calling him a thief. He is not a thief but lacks the basic etiquette of calling the owner.

He offered a deal where he took out an old toilet and put in a new efficiency model, which included the cost of the toilet.  He did a very good job.  I have used him before.

WAS SLOPPY WORKMANSHIP. HAD TO CALL HIM 2 TIMES BEFORE HE WOULD COME OUT. TOOK HIM 2 DAYS TO RESPOND TO MY CALL. HE WAS 3 HOURS LATE IN GETTING TO MY HOUSE. OVERCHARGED ME. FEEL LIKE HE TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME.
