We asked him to return the check and finally he returned it. I want to correct my prior statement by not calling him a thief. He is not a thief but lacks the basic etiquette of calling the owner.

No response back from them after I talked to them on the phone . They were supposed to come by and look at a broken pipe and never heard from them. A courtesy phone call from them would have Been nice even if they didn't want to do the work. It's too bad because I had a good experience with them years back but maybe they have changed ownership

Considering the company's competitor seemed more interested in more fees than fixing the problem, I found Rosenberg straight and to the point. They arrived timely, let me know the minimum price, and, most importantly, fixed the problem permanently.

WAS SLOPPY WORKMANSHIP. HAD TO CALL HIM 2 TIMES BEFORE HE WOULD COME OUT. TOOK HIM 2 DAYS TO RESPOND TO MY CALL. HE WAS 3 HOURS LATE IN GETTING TO MY HOUSE. OVERCHARGED ME. FEEL LIKE HE TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME.
