Wanted my parents' house deep-cleaned before Mom came home from the hospital. (Initially I had a horrible experience with Magic Brooms Cleaning Srvc --see my F rating review). John called back shortly after my msg and scheduled a site visit. My father & I were very comfortable with John's warmth. He was detail-oriented about specifics of our requests & explained everything thoroughly. Yesterday John & Maria cleaned for 4 hrs each, no breaks. Dad remarked that the tub look like it had been re-porcelained. They covered behind furniture, high, low, and tiny objects. Very sweet and unobtrusive folks. Our whole family looks forward to having them for maintenance cleaning every two wks.

Called Angie's List to look for someone who could clean my bathroom. That's when I saw Lorena's Perfect Cleaning and called them. Left a voice mail and soon enough John returned my call. Set up an appointment with him so he could give me an estimate for the service. After cleaning the bathroom, I was amazed and relieved how spotless my bathroom was. John is excellent with what he does and I highly recommend them for their excellent service.
