I couldn't have been more pleased with the service provided by John Rice Construction. I put my full trust in John Rice and his partner, Morris, and I was more than happy with the whole process from start to finish. I moved into my home in August, 2012 and put off remodeling the bathroom because of the inconvenience and intrusion. The bathroom was totally gutted, everything is new and beautiful from the heated floor to the ceiling fan and recessed light, all new fixtures, etc. Some items were selected by John and I picked the smaller items. There was minimal intrusion and my toilet was set every night before they left. I was informed all through the process on what to expect each day, what time they would be arriving and leaving, and what decisions I needed to make. I will be using John Rice Construction for other work in the near future.
