I'm very disappointed and wouldn't do business with somebody so unprofessional.

Alicia, her husband, and her son arrived promptly at the appointed time.  I needed a deep housecleaning.  What I liked best was that we agreed on a price per hour and then the jobs that were done were versatile.  No-one said "we don't do this or that..."  Rather all requests were done professionally and with care.  The team was upbeat.  Even though I thought the price was a little steep, their expertise more than compensated for this. The tomato and grease stains in the hard to access areas in the vent of my Viking stove are no longer.  The stove looks new!  This is something that neither I nor other cleaners had been able to accomplish in the past.  Chandeliers now glisten.   Alicia and her family are thorough and look up and down to remove any grime.   I am thrilled that my home looks so good.

Found Alicia on Angie's List and we fell in love with her. She is so friendly and yet professional at the same time. She came to the house with her crew and cleaned like a maniac. They washed the walls, they took down the curtains washed them and rehung them. I have had a number of other cleaning people and it always seemed that they never looked up; never cleaned the ceiling fans or ceilings; never cleaned tops of door jams or anything else above eye level unless specifically asked to do so. I never asked Alicia to do anything, she and the crew came in like Tasmanian Devils and after the tornado died down, my house was immaculate. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

We went through four other cleaning services before we found Alicia because the others would just dust around things instead of picking them up, or not vacuum the baseboards, or do a half-baked job of washing the kitchen floor, etc. Not Alicia. The place is CLEAN when she leaves, and if I do have to point something out I don't have to mention it again. She also takes the initiative on things that I don't even know about - she got out the ladder the other day (we have really high ceilings), searched our cupboard to find the right lightbulb, and climbed up and replaced a light that had burned out. That's just an example of how she really does care for your home. She is also very respectful and a pleasure to have around, in case you work from home (I do). We do have to provide the cleaning products and vacuum, broom, etc, but she brings a special "holster" vacuum for getting into the baseboards and up into the ceiling fixtures, etc. So the cost of products are above the cost of her services. She does her best to be accommodating if you need to reschedule for some reason. Just basically the best all-around experience we've had with a cleaning person in ages.
