The job turned out difficult because of the attitude and dishonesty of the owner. Mark Dolan quoted me $300.00 dollars on the phone for a 4 yard slab pour. When the job was complete and the finisher and I assisted Mark with loading his hose and cleaning his mess, he stated that he wanted. $350.00. I inquired why? And I was informed by Mark that if anyone in the industry found out he only charged $300 they would laugh. Mark also stated that he did not expect to help the finisher, but yet everyone assisted Mark. Very unreliable person.
