I adore them! They're wonderful people. They are a bit on the expensive side but clients get what they pay for. They do absolutely beautiful work. I called them out and they were right on time. They gave me a 2-hour window and they arrived within the first hour. They took the measurements and the glass was in within a week and it's gorgeous. They would be willing to redo things if there were any questions or complaints but I've really never ever had to call them to have anything redone. They mostly service the San Francisco Peninsula. The staff who answers the phone is courteous and nice. They don't charge clients if they bring something in to get done and they call on the day they say it's ready or even sooner. They also didn't charge me for delivery charge when they brought in the glass. They are fair and honest people.
