Not well.. The bid did not include any of the details we went over in the walk through. It did not have the correct price or size. Should of been a red flag! The morning of the job her man arrives 1/2 hour early. Good, but he smelled of alcohol. I shoud have turned him around , I wanted to get the job done. He framed up the pad and one corner was out of square. The workers had left the job. Her concret man said he would pour a 6 " slab instead of a 4 " one and not put gravel under it. They fixed the corner. I had one measurement that was important . I did not check it after the corner was fixed. Why should I ? I That is what she gets paid for. I didn't check out the pad until I laid everything out  the next day and it is off a  inch. I also found out after the the fact that the gravel is there for drainage . I called her for a refund or do it correctly . She said the estimate dosen't say anything about gravel. She then hung up .

She actually did the work for my mum and then my mum was very pleased. She was very patient with her. My mum was satisfied.

We had our driveway, and walkway demolished. Theresa designed a new walkway and porch. We had new drain pipes put in beneath the driveway to shift the drainage to the end of the driveway using a bubble. The walkway was enlarged and curved, going from the porch to the driveway. The area between the porch and the door entrance of our garage needed to be corrected to have rain water run away from the house. The whole work was done with pavers. We couldn't be happier with the results. All workers were always on time and very professional. The work was done on schedule and all were very accommodating with a few changes we wanted along the way. The paving work done by Benny and his crew was so professional and beautiful. We had a comment from a realtor telling us that the whole area was so smooth and even that he was surprised it was done with pavers. We are looking forward to using this crew for our backyard.

Designs by Theresa created and installed our garden 12 years ago when we moved into our home. The landscaping needed an upgrade, and they did an excellent job again. Their staff was efficient and on time. The quality of their work was excellent as well. They also spent extra time solving some problem areas with our gate and the new landscaping. They added 5 inches depth to the back yard, installed a French drain and tied it in to the drainage system for the property. We've contracted with them to do quarterly maintenance on the garden, because we liked the work so much.

My front yard was a disaster from an ugly concrete block retaining wall, to overgrowth with weeds. I called Theresa!
Theresa had a vision of what to do and presented me with options and drawings. After discussing the options I decided on clearing and removing the retaining wall and exisitng concrete walkway and porch, grading the from yard and pouring a new stamped concrete walkway and porch. The yard was then landscaped with several plantings and an irrigation sustem was installed. As the project moved along and I saw how great the new concrete walkways looked I decided to have the existing driveway removed and replaced with stamped concrete as well.
I now have a beautiful front yard that is the envy of my neighbors. Theresa keeps in touch and her maintenance crew is available to help with with upkeep as needed.
