Our kitchen turned out great.  Steve and his sub-contractors all did a great job.  They were all very polite and friendly.  They went above and beyond--through the pouring rain on some days and having to deal with all of the stairs to get to the job.  Steve and his main two men worked very hard installing our appliances on the last day in order for us to have a working kitchen for Christmas.  We would gladly have them work for us again.

Steve Candito is the owner of Candito Construction. Steve is personable and easy to talk to. His services and work are reasonably priced and he is very helpful with ideas and resources. He is punctual and ready to present and research options. His primary objective was that I was happy. He is straight forward and honest and a pleasure to work with. He works to use the most local sources and subcontractors. This is the third home he has remodeled for me since 2012. Each home has become a real estate jewel. The quality of his work is exceptional. He remains a resource for future projects.

The guy was prompt and very honest. His prices were reasonable and fair. The quality of his work was excellent.

I'm just finishing up my second bathroom remodel with Steve Candito. The first was completed about 2 weeks ago and I am thrilled with the result. I've never used a contractor before so I entered into this project with some trepidation. Steve was very patient and took the time to answer all my questions and make lots of great suggestions. He made sure the work site was left clean at the end of the day and he kept the rest of my home well protected during the remodel. His subs were all very skilled and professional and a delight to work with. I would definitely recommend Steve and his team to anyone looking for a great contractor.

The job was absolutely fabulous. I couldn't be happier with them. They were very professional. They did everything on time. They did just what they said they were going to do. The quality of work was excellent. They were friendly and easy to talk to. They understood what we were asking for.

He is very good. He is local and he can do anything from small projects to full remodels. He has good communication skills and he is very fair. He and his staff took their shoes off when they entered my house. He has a wonderful, professional staff (subcontractors). Everything turned out exactly as I wanted. There were some minor problems, but he was patient and did not charge me twice for my errors. He could have taken advantage of the situation to make more money but he did not. He wants to get the job done and make his clients happy for them to become return customers. He is very smart and a good person.
