I contacted this company for diagnosis and repair of a residential central air conditioning unit. After leaving two messages over three days, Rich returned my call and told me that All County does not provide this type of service on units they have not installed. All County primarily does new installations of furnaces and air conditioners only.

RICH (THE OWNER) WORKED ON THE JOB SITE WHILE INSTALLING THE FURNACE AND FILTRATION SYSTEM. HE WAS PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL IN SUBMITTING A BID AND ALL FOLLOW UP. SINCE THE INITIAL INSTALLATION, HE HAS ALWAYS ALLOWED US TO PURCHASE THE AIR FILTERS FOR THE FILTRATION SYSTEM THROUGH HIM AT A DISCOUNTED COST.
