For all the contractors we've dealt with (plumbers, electricians, general contractors, handymen), our experience with Able Windows was the simplest and most straightforward. I called them. They responded to my call and sent Alan? out to meet with me. He was very pleasant and straightforward concerning timelines. (Windows are not something you can order and install within a month. It's more like 2-3 months). They sent me a contract. I signed and they followed through. We love our windows. We asked them to add additional sealing/insulation to keep out our neighbors smoke and it really worked!!! My experience with Able Windows was fantastic. I've heard neighbors tell me about paying less, but I wanted a quality window installed correctly and I feel confident that my windows are exactly that.

I used them on two occasions and they were both very good. They always came when they said they would and they always did what they said they would. They were very accurate in their proposals. They were very pleasant to deal with. As far as I know the price was good. I would call them again.

Mr. Smith and company changed our front door that had many problems. They were patient and took the time to help were other contractors couldn't be bothered. We are so pleased with the professional and great workmanship of this company. I can't say enough about the wonderful job done!

I WAS SO GLAD THAT I HAD USED ABLE WINDOWS WHEN I SAW HOW THEY HANDLED THE SITUATION WHEN THE REPLACEMENT RUINED SOME TILE AROUND THE WINDOW. I NEVER HAD TO DO ANYTHING TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM, THEY WERE ON TOP OF THINGS THE WHOLE WAY.
