Hasty job, did not look good. What was worse while working on a tree they sliced through a tall much loved Cactus , pretty much destroying it. When I complained the Tree Men spokesperson, first got in my face shouting, and denied any possibility that his crew had done it, and then he said that the person who had witnessed the incident, was a liar. All this without any shred of evidence or cause to say any of the above. This cactus was about 8 feet tall until the tree men sliced through the top three foot section and gave it a bad knock. I believe a comparable cactus at the big discount cactus nursery would cost more than 400 dollars. Tree men offered me a 100 discount off my job, and said, if I wanted to refuse it and quot;you can sue meand quot; - the whole incident was marked by senseless rage, extreme hostility, and real un-professionalism. Extremely poor customer relations and given how long our family had been their customers, a disgusting incident.

It went very well, Team arrived on time with all needed equipment. Did a good job in cleaning after trimming a large tree on a narrow street.

Mark donning owner, personally gave me a quote and work was done by long time experienced employes. Showed up on time, no idle matter etc.

Once we scheduled the date, I had a liability and workers compensation insurance certificate specific to the job and to my address provided from the Tree Men's insurance company. I cannot tell you how delighted both I and my insurance agent were.

Mark arrived with his courteous and thoughtful crew, all on time. The Tree Men employees do wear appropriately marked clothing so I knew who they were. They politely asked if anyone would need access to the first area they would be working in. When they finished with the liquid amber they asked if I would like the firewood, and then cut it and stacked it for me. With the other tasks they worked around the building in a team effort, and in a relatively quick amount of time the light came shining anew on the property.

The trees and bushes were well shaped, the house shrubery in control again. The Tree Men went through and swept areas clean and made sure that limbs, branches, etc. were taken away and not in the yards. They did not leave any personal items, water bottles or other debris. When they left, it was cleaner then when they started.

I believe they were working on the premises for around five hours, arriving at 8 and leaving around 1:30 to 2. The men were polite and courteous.

Superb service, provides reasonable estimates. Very professional staffing and experts in tree trimming. Good cleanup. Easy to schedule and work with.
