He's very capable, he really listens to what we want and gives us what we ask for, he's been a great resource for contact with things we need to have done and he's very experienced. We had a meeting at the site where we're going to build the house, he asked us how many bedrooms we want and all those kinds of stuff and he asked us our specifications for the job, and then he just started drawing the lay out, we made changes as we went and then when we got to the point where we were very happy with the lay out of the house, we went ahead and finalized those plans and he produces the lay outs, the blueprints for the construction documents for the city approval and also for bidding by contractors and he will end up supervising the construction. We did seven different kitchen lay out, he's very patient, he works at it and always made me feel comfortable because it's very cheap to make a change on the paper, it's not cheap once you're in the construction and you want to change things. He wants to make sure that it's exactly what we want. I feel that we're getting good value for our money.
