Palisades Pool responded quickly to our request to install a pressure-side pool sweep. The previous installation had been poorly done by another contractor and he had been unwilling to resolve the issue. Palisades Pool was gave us a fair price, made multiple trips back to make sure everything was working correctly (including one trip that was due to an ingested swim cap!) We would use him again.

I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE. IF THEY EVER HAVE TO CHANGE THE TIME THEY CHANGED THEIR DAY. THEY COME AT THE SAME TIME AND THEY ARE HERE WHEN THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO BE HERE.

THEY ARE FAIR. I THINK THAT THE INDIVIDUAL DOING THE JOB COULD DO A LITTLE MORE, SPEND A LITTLE BIT MORE TIME, AND SWEEP A LITTLE BIT HARDER. THE QUALITY OF WORK IS FAIR. IT'S NOT EXCELLENT, BUT IT'S GOOD.
