I needed springs replaced on old aluminum garage door. Ed had some springs in his truck, but not the lightweight model I needed. He installed temporary springs just for me to get by. He came back the next day that I was available, with the appropriate springs. The door seems fine now. I can't evaluate the price because Id didn't get multiple bids. $125 for the visit, $90 for two springs.

Words cannot describe how bad the experience was, but I'll try.
In a rental. Provider, "Bob", hired by owners, came back to "fix' his previous work, as garage door was close to falling down.
Provider used screws without bolts driven into old, cracked wood for the "fix".
When I expressed my concern, he became rude and dismissive.
Less than a month later, due to the shoddy work, the heavy garage door broke and slammed shut, causing personal injury.

Bob at Pacific Overhead Garage Doors is amazing. Professional, courteous, reliable and on budget. Bob came over in 15 mins and fixed the problem immediately. He was a savior.
