Michael Hoff General Contractor

Michael is a pleasure to work with and is very creative.  Allowing him to push the envelope to make an ordinary remodel into a custom look really made a difference...like his suggestion to move the bathroom wall out a foot into the hallway.  This idea allowed us to put a seat in the shower giving it that "luxury feel."  The original construction plan was to take 3 weeks but we ran into some bad weather and the special order "river rock" which wasn't in stock...so it took 4 weeks.  We were really pleased that he stayed on schedule and didn't try to nickel and dime us on the extras.  Michael performed work of exceptional quality at a very reasonable price.  We have received nothing but raves from our friends and relatives about how incredible it looks...we have named it "Coastal Sheik" :-)

The construction experience was better than I could imagine. Michael is a good communicator, he is fair, and he works very hard. His crew has been with him for many years, and they were all very pleasant. Michael told me the costs, and he came in on budget. Michael was able to answer all of my questions along the way. This was the first time I ever did major construction, and I was scared from all of the scary stories out there. Michael proved them wrong!
