Bryan and John arrived on time and walked with me through each room to be cleaned. They were very attentive and professional. The carpet and upholstery looks great and they took great care to protect my furniture. The carpet wasn't saturated with water, (which another carpet cleaner had done) and I especially like the fact that their cleaning products are safe. They took their time and didn't waste time talking on cell phones while cleaning my carpet (an experience that I had with the carpet soaking company). I am a Realtor and often have opportunity to recommend services when I have listed a house. I will definitely recommend Naturally Green with confidence that they will do a top notch job.

The provider arrived on time, made recommendations, assisted with dog, gave an approximate time he'd be finished and was
done by that time, explained how the job had gone. He moved furniture and left the carpet almost dry. I've used this com;any for several years and will continue to use them. They would accept either personal check or Master Card.

Crew arrived at the end of the time window given, then left to see their boss for another 90 minutes.
Rooms had debris left in corners, rooms were not completely cleaned. One room had a very clear line where it looked like a before and after demonstration.

I called and left a message on a Saturday, assuming I wouldn't hear back till Monday. Much to my surprise, I got a call back within a half an hour from Dave's Carpet. They quoted me a price and were able to come out on the day I requested. The workers arrived on time, were very professional, and worked steadily until the job was done. The job came in under the estimated price and they even cleaned an extra area rug for me. I was very pleased with the service that I received and would definitely recommend them to anyone. I am very grateful that there is a site like Angie's List to find recommended services like this one.

I spoke to the owner, Dave, directly. They were totally honest, conscientious, and did a really remarkable job. My only caveat is that I had to push a bit for clarity on price. I had very bad pet stains on a fine carpet. They completely got rid of the odor even though they couldn’t completely remove the stains. They really worked hard on it. I think they must’ve cleaned it at least four times, and I probably got charged for just two. I didn’t feel they were too expensive.

I am very pleased with the professionalism of this crew. They arrived at the specified time and the cost was in the range quoted to me over theh phone. I recommend them without hesitation and will definitely utilize them as our carpet cleaners of choice.

I was actually disappointed. The crew came and went to work, and when they left, they indicated that it would take about 8 hours for the fabric, cushions and seats to completely dry. 20 hours later, one couch was very moist and I ended up opening up the zippers and taking the stuffing out whenever I could as it was really wet. I was worried about mold. If I had been told this was a problem, I would have opened everything up just after they finished. I called and initially was told that this was not supposed to happen and that they had blowers or something. I was told the crew leader would call me back. I did get a call back and all I got was a long explanation of how they use water etcetcetc. There was no offer to have blowers out or anything other than an apology. My couch is still damp and I am putting the inside pillows out in the sun one more day before I dare put the couch back together.

This is probably the best steam cleaner I have ever used. We have used other company's in the past and this company did so much better, than any work we have done in the past. They were very reasonable and I am happy with the results. I will use this company in the future.

The sofa was old white cotton and they did an excellent job and were professional. I intend to use them in the future.
