The installation process went really well. They hardwired the detectors in. They showed us how to check them and install the back-up batteries. They took pride in their work. I was happy with the job that they did.

We had to have these smoke detectors installed professionally. We called a few places and found this company was able to come out the next day. They had a very good price for the job. We were treated very well. He made sure he tested them before he left and he showed us how to properly test them. He explained that we should test them often. He was a very kind man.

My hubby had dealt with most of this work, but, he is very pleased as well as I am. We have no problems or issues at all. Everything went smoothly and turned out accordingly. It is nice to be able to plug more things in at one time. I do believe that this helped as far as blowing fuses and what not. I felt that I was treated very kindly and very well respected.

I THOUGHT THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. I LIKED WORKING WITH THE OFFICE AND THE ELECTRICIANS THAT CAME. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND PUNCTUAL. THERE WERE 2 OF THEM THAT CAME AND THEY CAME IN AND SAW WHAT THE JOB WAS, AND THEY GOT TO WORK RIGHT AWAY. THEY WERE VERY NEAT AND CLEANED UP WHAT THEY DID. THEY SEEMED TO REALLY KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING.

THEY WERE PROMPT AND EFFICIENT. THEY CALLED ME BACK WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY FIXED THE RESET BUTTON AND LEFT A NOTE STATING THAT IF IT BROKE AGAIN IT WOULD NEED TO BE REPLACED. THE CORDS HAD A LOOSE CONNECTION OR LOOSE WIRES.
