Whent Construction was one of three firms considered. His estimate was fair and the work performed by his subs was journeyman level, meaning you couldn't expect better.

Tom came and worked on a Saturday which I had requested. He worked fast and used new and the existing materials to my advantage, which is what I requested. He has been around the area for a long time and is very experienced. I had a really small budget and was planning on doing almost everything but framing myself, but I was so impressed with Tom's quality and the time it took him to do what I asked, I decided to use my tax refunds to have him do more framing, drywall and other carpentry work. Also, I could afford Tom. I already have an appointment for him to come back to do more on my still unfinished project.
