Tom's team had to do a fairly complicated series of pulley set-ups to take down the trees in segments and to avoid damaging anything below. Then they had to haul everything away by hand because it was on the hillside below our house.
They did everything really masterfully. We did have one ding on the neighbors' tree but it healed up in a few months.
Tom also did a fabulous job trimming an oak tree. He knows how to sculpt and thin out the dense parts so the tree ends up looking more beautiful after the trim - like a nice hairstyling.
Then a few months later, my cat got stuck in a different tree and he had crows attacking him up there. He was scared stiff and wouldn't budge. The Fire Department or SPCA wouldn't help. I called Tom and he climbed up and rescued him when no one else would do it. Tom is my hero! He rescued my buddy Jerry.
