The service manager was very courteous and responsive to my needs. He made sure to get the car back to me as sppn as possible (the day after they first looked at it). They recommended several services besides what I took the car in for, but did not pressure me when I turned them down. The service manager was a little worried that the repair might not have fixed all the problems and encouraged me to call them if any problem came up. Overall it was a pretty positive experience.
