Absolute nightmare to work with! Do not hire this man unless you have over a year to get back completed drawings. He is a very kind and gentle person, so we were lured in by his personality and trusted that he would get the job done for us. I stupidly signed his ridiculous contract that made it nearly impossible for us to take legal action, or back out of the contract without loosing everything. I told one of the people in the Pacific Grove Building Department that it took so long because Eddie told us his mother had died. They responded with, "again?" So, yea, this is the kind of guy who will say his mother died as an excuse to take six months to get back to you. We ended up having to pay a $1,200 city fee twice because the first one expired while he took FOREVER to complete our plans. Don't let his kind demeanor fool you. He will take your money and then take his sweet time.
