For the main visit the 2 young brothers arrived on time and were friendly and professional. The cleaning seemed fine, but what followed was a disappointment.
They promised to clean the wool rug, remove the odor and return it within the week.
When the time had passed, I had to call to ask about the rug. Response was somewhat vague. They said they would
drop it off on Thursday at 2 pm. We did not hear the doorbell ring, and found the rug dumped on our front stoop, still smelling of cat pee. There was no other communication.

They have also cleaned my couches sometime maybe in November. I am going to call them this week again for carpet cleaning. They charged me a little over $100 but it was less than $200 and that was for carpets in three rooms and a hallway. They paid attention to what I told them. I had told them about the problem areas that we have. I have three teenage boys and a toddler and I have dogs, so the cleaners had to go through an extreme amount of foot traffic. There are lots of spills and even though we have a neutral color carpet, it just looks like it is trashed. They paid attention to everything and when I came back, the carpets looked great.
