Do not hire this contractor! He won't give you an estimate. He won't give receipts. He takes advantage of older single woman. He took 2 months for a job that should have taken not even half of that. He left a lot of jobs unfinished. I have filed a case with the certified contractors board against him. He's been working without proper permits as well. He never took proper notes, never apologized for anything he did wrong. He's very frustrating to work.
