Rick came out the same day I called to give an estimate, and stopped by the next day so I could sign the contract. He was very pleasant and easy to deal with. They kindly scheduled us in for just two days later, knowing that we didn't have AC in this summer heat. I really appreciate their responsiveness and ability to come out so quickly.
The two installers arrived exactly on time (in fact, a little early) and got to work. They were very professional and worked quickly, making sure to check in with me periodically when they had a quick question (like where to find the breaker box in our house). Once they were done, they walked me through all the changes they had made. I was very happy with the work.
We had a follow-up contact a few days later to install the new thermostat, which was done very quickly: they came out within an hour of when I called. I am extremely happy with the company and I would definitely use them again.
