1-800-GOT-JUNK?

The yard waste material encluded: palm frawns (each branch had several large thornes at the bace of the branch); palm pods; pine needles; shrubery cuttings; vine cuttings; 2 large tarps; several plant hanging baskets and hanging brackets; 2 boxes with misc material.  Before any work started we warned the workers about the large thornes on the palm frawns but one of the workers had already stepped on one of the thornes and punctured his foot.  They decided to take him for medical attention.  They called back later and said that they would have to reschedule the appointment.  We agreed on another day.  They arrived on Saturday and we again warned these new workers of the large thornes on the palm frawns.  The workers hand carried most of the material to their truck until they got to the bottom of the pile.  Instead of taking the remainder of the pile they said their truck was full.  We checked the truck and it seemed to us that there was plenty of room for the remainder of our pile.  they said we could put the remainder in our own trash can, took my check and left.  We are very upset about this treatment and will never concider using them again.  We specifically wanted all the trash removed at one time so that nothing would be lingering on for another time.  It cost us almost 600 dollars for a partial load truck and we still have trash left over to contend with.
