Immediate response to client; went above and beyond initial problem; gave us hints on clean ways to preventing issues from happening in future. Reasonable prices and didn't suggest additional work that needed to be done. Gave a warranty for all work done. We will only be using their service in the future.
He has done repairs and installations for me for about four years, including a new water heater and is very responsive to his regular customers. The place is tidy when he leaves and if his repairs last. He's also a cheerful soul and knows the local buildings and building codes very well.
