I have been using this company for five or six years and they are very good. We needed to re-plumb our rental house and he gave the highest estimate; he wasn?t interested in giving us a deal or anything. He was very small when we first started using him and he has always done a good job. His quote was a good $1,500 above everyone else so he probably didn?t want to do the job. He is always prompt but I think his prices are just way out in left field. When you have a customer that has been with you for a long time and calls you every couple of months, you should give a better deal. He was supposed to call us back or send us a written estimate and he never bothered to get back with us.
