It went well. They did quite a bit of work for me, and they did a good job. The owner was involved. I wouldn't jump up and rave about it, but it was good to have somebody there who could crack the whip.

I think they are very good. They are fair. They are clear on what is going to happen and what they are assessing and how they are assessing, so there is no funny business. I would grade them highly across the board. I would use them again in the future.

I have a large deck over my patio. They were very professional. Whenever I pointed out an issue, they took care of it. I would rate them high for the price based on the bids that I had.

Mr. James owned the company and he came over in person. I had dealt with him in the past regarding the termites and I was happy with the results during the first time. I called them back for this job. He sent his workers to remove the old insulation in the attic. They cleaned, dusted and put the new insulation.

James Clifton was very thorough, informative, and helpful in all aspects of the inspection and treatment. They were late on the day of the treatment, due to personnel illnesses (I would like for them to have called), but they were very efficient and finished in a timely manner. I am please with the results.

I WAS HAPPY OVERALL WITH THE SERVICE. TERMITES WERE VISIBLE IN THE SAME AREA TWO WEEKS AFTER SERVICE. IT TOOK A COUPLE OF CALLS FOR AIM HIGH TO TREAT AREA AGAIN UNDER WARRANTY.
