The diagnostic system for seeing what kind of mattress you need, measuring pressure points and body weight on different parts of the bed, was very good. My wife has a sensitive back and having a good metric mattress makes a real difference. The salesperson was very helpful. We were very happy with the selection and the delivery was on time. The price seemed fair.
