I had tried several times to get the new gasket to seal. He knew how to install it better and adjusted the door to fit better.

John Kim has been servicing all of our appliances from ranges, refrigerators and microwaves for a couple of years.  He has consistently done an amazing job with all of our repairs.  He is available for service within a day and sometimes within hours of my phone call.  His pricing is always fair and his knowledge of appliances is superb.  We will always use Robert's Five Points Appliances for all of our service calls.

In the end, we decided to forgo repairs, because it made more sense to instead to buy a new washing machine. John helped us understand in detail how these machines work, and this enabled us to make a better choice in the next machine we bought.
I was impressed with his old-fashioned attitude of service and the responsiveness of his company. (For instance, they had a service appointment for us the same day.) I look forward to having an ongoing relationship with this local company for all of our appliances.
