RR was super responsive, kept their word and aside from the 3% charge for credit card, the price didn't change. As far as I can tell, mold removed and moving on with life.

They showed up within an hour and had the containment tents up shortly thereafter. They were very professional and had all sorts of drying equipment and air scrubbers. They had the two bedrooms testing clear of mold by day 4 of the operation. Overall, I was especially impressed by how clean the project are was during the remediation.
Description of Work: Brian & Ruben from Ready Restoration in Oxnard performed mold remediation in a rental home. The don't actually test for mold but they do an excellent job at removing the mold and containing the spread of said mold. They were extremely affordable compared to other mold removal vendors in Ventura County. After they cleaned and repaired the water & mold damage a different Mold Testing company gave us a mold clearance.
