I requested the following rooms be quoted for a cleaning 2 times per month, and some things once per month:
Small Master Bedroom, stall shower
Empty small room, only a teeter hang up in the room.
Living room dust and vacuum
Kitchen dust and vacuum
Ceiling fans dusted once per month
Polish furniture in above rooms once per month
Cobwebs and baseboards dusted once per month
No kids, just me living here; total square feet less than 900.
THE WOMAN IN HIGH HEELS WITH COLOR BROCHURES QUOTED ME $250 EACH VISIT TWICE PER MONTH.
THIS QUOTE WAS NOTHING SHORT OF BREATHTAKING!!!!!!
OTHER PROVIDERS HAVE QUOTED ABOUT $80-90 TWICE PER MONTH!
R & M WOULD HAVE CHARGED ME $500 PER MONTH!!!!!
SORRY ABOUT THE EXCLAMATION MARKS, I'M STILL TRYING TO CATCH MY BREATH FROM THIS STUNNING PIECE OF INFORMATION!!!!!

It's been over 3 days and I have not heard from this company. Actually, my first scheduled appt was Thursday @ 8:00 am. I called at 8:30 am asking if they forgot our appt, left a message in the machine. Company called me back to apologize they didn't have my phone number but could come later. My schedule was not flexible so we scheduled it for Saturday.

The part when they provided me with information about their services sounded really good. I also asked them about a weekly service and that seems a little overpriced to me. I had bought a foreclosure and so I needed someone else to come and clean it and that sounded pretty good to me. Just the one-time cleaning seemed pretty reasonable to me. I will definitely go back to them if I needed another quote.
