The sales process and installation were very good. I had a slight problem with a hole in one of the screens and they immediately scheduled to have it replaced.

Two months later, the sash valancers were falling out the windows again. It took me a total of three weeks to get them to come back again to reinstall it back again. They also charged me $75.00 to have them come and reinstall the sash valancer

The replacement window came into their shop within the indicated time frame and a time was then scheduled to install it. Again, Larry arrived on time, installed it and took away the old window. So far, no more condensation.

When they were installing windows were not weatherstripping gap between replacement window and existing. When asked them to do this, they brought over insulation to fill up gap. They were very meticulous on the inside installation, but the outside caulking wasn't done to our satisfaction. We took care of this ourselves by buying a stucco patch mixture, applying it to the caulking so a straight line could be formed and painting to match house. The building inspector said he had seen better and much worse. However, since we fixed the outside we have been happy with the results.

Because we have used Quality Windows in the past with good results, we decided to go with a known company for this job. The job was to move a glass table top that weighed approx. 200 lbs from a storage facility in Saticoy Ca to our home in Oxnard Ca. The initial estimate that my wife received was for $85. This estimate was later increased by the store manager to $250. This increase was justified by Quality due to the weight of the glass and time it was going to take to perform the job. Quality insisted that the job would require 2 men and take 2 hours.
The job did require 2 men but was performed in approx. 1 not 2 hours. As consumer, I was very disappointed in what I believe was an excessive overcharge. The men performing this work spent about 15 minutes moving the glass on to a truck and into our home. In addition, the driving distances was approx. 8 miles - 15 minutes to the storage area and 15 minutes to our home
Based on the service provided, I would not use this vendor in the future or recommend them to others..

I was suprised the respond they gave after I called for my master bathroom frameless shower door estimate. They gave the lowest price, when I showed them the newspaper coupon they even honored it. So I paid 20% less. But that didn't effect the quality, the speed of installation at all.
After they done the job, they told me how to take care of it , they clean up the working area and took all the trash with they. If next
year Iand quot;m going to change my patio's sliding door, I will definitely go with quality windows, inc. !

We had a lot of trouble with them. I finally went with somebody else because they wouldn't fix the damage they made; it was all leaking. They did the job but later one of the other window company said that they did the job wrong. The good portion of the windows all leaked when it rained because they installed them in the easy, quick way and they were not supposed to do that. They cut out too much of the old windows because it was quick, easy and cheap, they wouldn't repair the damage. The pricing was good but they didn't do the job right.

They were pretty good. I had special requirements because I live in a homeowner's association. The pricing was fair for what they did. They did quality workmanship.

Unacceptable quality performed - asked for job to be redone. It was, to my satisfaction.

The work went great. They finished the work extremely quickly and everything looks great as well. There have been no leaks and their price was roughly 25% less than the other estimates I received. I would highly recommend them.

The company did an excellent job on our home improvement project. The work was done four months ago. The did 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, along with a side window. A local company did the work. They took out our old windows and disposed of them.

They were very efficient, and did an excellent job. I was impressed with them, and they had great customer service. There was 1 problem, and they fixed it right away. I'm real happy with them, and pleased with the work they performed. Everything was exactly what we wanted. They cleaned up after themselves, and no damage was done at all. I was real happy and really impressed.
