+ 0 moreThe project went smoothly and successfully from start to finish. Company owner Jeremy Radwich was on site every day for at least part of the day to make sure all the work stated in the contract proposal was performed. An approximately 10% deposit was required at the start of the project, with the remaining 90% at its completion. I am very satisfied with the quality of the work completed by this company. The paint has held up well to the weather since the job was finished. I do not anticipate needing to repaint for at least the next ten years. The company is a licensed painting contractor, license #789786, has been in business in Ventura County for many years, and has developed a good reputation. I would not hesitate to use this company again or to recommend it to others.
Description of Work: The contract was for exterior house preparation and painting. Preparation consisted of power washing the eaves, facia, trim, stucco, siding, front doors, garage door, and side gates. It also included scraping, sanding, and cleaning those areas, as well as replacing one piece of siding and a 2x4 block of wood attached to the siding. The contractor and his crew applied one coat of primer, followed by two coats of Dunn Edwards paint - first a light coat, then a heavy coat. The contractor covered all flowers and shrubs with canvas drops before painting. The crew worked every day for five days to complete the project. The crew cleaned up after the project was finished and returned leftover paint for future touch-up as needed.
