After the laminate was installed, they put down baseboards without mitering the corners. When I asked Bill Mason to have them fix it, they fixed the corners, but the pieces were too short. They just filled in those areas with caulk. One of the workers was seen making trips to the liquor store, and smelled strongly of what best could be described as ETOH. The transition strip on the floor near the bunks fell off the next day. The shower board was drawn on with pencil marks on the front side instead of the reverse and had stains on it that will not come off. The board was not cut right, and has a one inch gap around the faucet that they filled in with caulk. The worker who appeared to be drinking, and was seen by the neighbor with a beer can in his hand, broke the part off that connected the hose to the faucet, but the hose and placed a metal clamp around the hose, which will rust. They put a metal staple in one part of the board where it bowed, that will also rust. Instead of PVC or a waterproof material, they installed wooden crown molding around the tub. My bath mat was ruined because the worker who appeared inebriated was walking on it, and got cheese chip stains on it. My shower curtain was thrown  to one side in the kitchen, but they still walked on it. I was unable to get the stains out of the shower curtain or the bath mat, and had to throw them away. Through the contract, and over the phone with Desiree, I was told that Bill Mason had agreed to repair all of the water damaged parts in my closet, and seal the top around a pipe on the roof to prevent water intrusion. It was to be $300 for the 2 by 4 foot closet. They were to  repair about a 12 inch area on the floor, for $200 that you could see light shining through to the outside. Bill Mason put about 12 inches of caulk to  the outside of this area. When I complained about paying $200 for just the caulk he had them put in a piece of quarter round moulding in that area, and it was installed backwards. Bill Mason also reprimanded me, for questioning what was done with the closet. I had considered having the work corrected, but I didn't want someone who was drinking working on my trailer, and after the closet incident I lost faith in asking Bill Mason to make corrections. 
I had a plumber look at the shower/tub area and he said the work done was not up to code. I am writing this review because I am concerned for other seniors. I live in a senior trailer park. I would be happy to provide photos of this work if anyone would like to see them. [email protected]

Both Bill and his office manager Kennia are good.  My calls were returned promptly and Bills knowledge was impressive.  His workers leave much to be desired.  The one that built the stairs did a good job but complained every step of the way because they had to be "custom built".   The other worker did shoddy work which we will have to fix on our own because we will no longer use this company in the future.

He is amazing. He came quickly and was able to start the very next day after calling. Bill has been in business for 35 years and knows how to do everything! He has C47 License--which allows him to do all repairs and all related utility work. His prices are very reasonable and he was able to get to me immediately.  It should be noted that i was selling my mobile home, and these were things requested from the buyer. And as the buyer requested more and more, Bill was able to keep coming back and doing the necessary work. He even got the proper permits. Bill handled everything from start to finish. One example of Bills pricing--he did some electrical work for me that another electrician had quoted for $2000 and Bill did it for $295.
