After the new opener was installed at 9:00 pm and they left, we noticed a thick coating of axle grease on the wall where the door was hitting originally. A week later the door was doing the same thing we called them out for in the first place. Now our door is developing cracks and we'll end up replacing the whole door. We called and they would not respond. We would never recommend them or use them again.

We contacted Kiki's Garage Door because they are one of a few Garage Door Companies who provide the brand of garage door mandated by the HOA where we have our townhome. His estimate was below the others we received and he was knowledgeable about the type of door needed and the color and venting. He arrived on time with his crew and completed the project in the time estimated. The garage door looks and works as it should. He patched the wood frame and explained that he needed to return to finish painting the frame because he needed to let the patching dry. He returned and completed the job without any further calls within in the week as he promised even though he had already been paid. He is polite and pleasant to work with. To summarize: He is reasonable in cost, responsible, knowledgeable, reliable, and does excellent work.

IT WAS GOOD, POSITIVE. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS. THEY DID A GOOD JOB AND THEY WERE PROMPT. IT WAS A COMPETITIVE PRICE. MY WIFE DID MOST OF THE INTERACTING WITH THEM SO I DON'T REALLY KNOW A LOT ABOUT THEM.

EXCELLENT SERVICE AND QUALITY PRODUCTS. I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR ALL MY RENTALS AND MY PERSONAL HOME. THEY ARE PROMPT AND ALWAYS THERE WHEN I NEED THEM.
