JW Home Care responded quickly, Frankie was very professional and did a good job. We got the gold package which included pet odor treatment. Their pricing was $0.60/square foot for the gold package, $0.40/sqft for the basic bronze package.

They have a lovely, clean truck and are very polite. I couldn't give them higher grades because they did a fantastic job. I will recommend them and use them, again.

J.W. Homecare are true professionals, who care about their customers, and provide top quality work for the minimum price. They are wonderful folks, who will recommend top notch contractors to do anything else needed. We used their recommendations for a plumber, drywall fixing, and carpet replacement, and all were extremely inexpensive, and provided top line work. I cannot say enough good things about these folks. My total bill was reduced by 70% because of their advice. Do not call anyone else, these folks are the best of the best!

Duke was professional, careful, and thorough.  He showed us each room after he had completed cleaning the carpet, and checked with us to make sure we were satisfied

He was on time, polite and did a very good job.

Called ahead of time and arrived in the 2 hour time frame given.  Has excellent newer equipment (Van) which I prefer. Did excellent job in removing all the stains. As he finished an area, he had me inspect the area before moving on to a new area. Only took about one hour to clean and carpet dried quickly.

J.W. Home Care was punctual, professional and got the job of cleaning and sanitizing my carpet.  I am very happy with the results and how quickly everything was taken care of.  I would use them again as I had no problems from calling, making the appointment, prompt and professional service, and the great results.

J. W. was punctual, arriving at the appointed time and completed within the hour that was scheduled for the work.  The upholstered couch was cleaned very efficiently and completely, and Jonathan explained what was being done along the way. He was very courteous.  
Received good value for the money spent, and would use J.W. Home Care for future work. 

JW Home Care was awesome.  I was first given an estimate which was thousands below the other restoration  companies.  They also gave a firm estimate with none of this back and forth, we found more damage it is going to cost more.  I was told if we find this, this is the cost period. 

I was kept informed throughout the process.  The work was professional and done in a timely manner.  Their cleanup and removal of the damaged items was excellent. 

I was so happy with the quality of their work that I have referred them to tenants and friends for carpet cleaning.  One of my finicky tenants used them and was extremely happy.   

It went very well. It was affordable and they did a great job. They were quick and easy. Jonathan is the owner and he gave A+ service. The price was for all of my carpets. I would use him again.
