They were hard to get hold of and eventually returned my call after three attempts on my part. They arrived as scheduled and looked at the job as other companies had done, which I assumed was to give me an estimate. However, they started to fix the system and got both units working so although I hadn't asked for them to repair anything, they did do the work and I now had AC in the extreme heat so I couldn't really complain (they also removed a dead rat from my attic). I paid the bill even though I hadn't wanted to have any repairs done at this time. But the fix lasted one day and then both units stopped working again. That was $110 down the drain. I wasn't inclined to call them back in case they tried to charge me again and now I certainly wasn't planning on using them to install my new system. I used another company to replace the AC system.

THE THREE MEN REPORTED ON TIME AND WORKED VERY HARD TO COMPLETE THE JOB IN THE TIME THEY QUOTED. THEY DID HAVE TO RETURN WITH THE THERMOSTAT BECAUSE THE FIRST ONE THEY BROUGHT WOULD NOT WORK WITH OUR SYSTEM.
