OUR TV WAS FIXED BUT THAT IS NOT AS WE ASKED. WE JUST WANTED AN ESTIMATE FOR THE COST. THEY TOOK IT UPON THEMSELVES TO FIX OUR TV WITHOUT OUR APPROVAL AND EXPECTED US TO PAY THE BILL IMMEDIATELY.
