Harris Water Conditioning

This company is horrible. I'm going to leave out many details to keep this short. My rented RO system leaked at night flooding the kitchen. A small item was destroyed and I asked to be paid for it. Their difficult and unfriendly manager, Linda, said they would only credit my account. I asked to see where this is their policy in writing and she never responded. The floor of the kitchen sink cabinet became soggy and collapsed from the weigh of the RO tank. For over two months I contacted Linda weekly and each time she said they’d take care of it but finally I gave up. I wasn’t asking for a new cabinet just for them to remove the RO equipment and put a board down so the floor would be flat. I could have asked for new linoleum flooring since mine is now not laying flat and buckled but I was planning on replacing it anyways. In 2016 they discontinued their practice of sending out postcard reminders to set up an appointment to replace the RO filter. It's OK to change your policy but you need to let people know. We went 6 months beyond when the filter needed replacing. We're concerned about the quality of our water which is why we pay for the filtering system so this was disturbing, unnecessary, terrible customer service and showed no regard for their clients. I'm waiting to see if they honor their "credits" to my account. I have my doubts.
