Tried multiple time to get in contact and never got a call back.

We are happy with them. We are hometown people and they are hometown people. They have been here all their lives. Their grandfather was a painter and it is generational painting. They are wonderful and great. The wind picked up a little bit and they went and got tarps. They knocked on our neighbors' door and put tarps on their cars so the paint wouldn't get on it. They clean up. They are very punctual. They said they would be here at 7:30 and they were here. They are good hard working people.

Stan and his crew were great. They showed up on time, protected the room with tarps and dropcloths, repaired the damaged ceiling, textured, primed, and repainted the ceiling which came out great. They cleande up, assisted with replacing furniture, and were all around great.

Everything done as scheduled. Work done on time and in a professional manner.
We were very satisfied with the quality of work and price for same.

Stan came out within a day or so of calling him. He has a lot of experience and it showed with his thorough review, good questions, and welcome suggestions. His proposal was fair in price, detailed, and delivered quickly. He identified a window of time in which he would be able to get the work done. The window met our requirements and we made an agreement.
Stan's crew came out exactlly when he said they would. They scraped and prepped and sanded, just as one would expect from professional painters. They put in a lot of work and it showed in the finished product. They were quick and professional and we are very happy with the work product. These are good people to work with.
I would absolutely hire Gold Coast again and plan to request a proposal for some exterior painting when the time comes.

I live in Texas and my family's vacation beach house near Ventura was in disrepair. I contacted 3 companies several weeks before I left Texas to set up appointments to get bids. Price was an issue but responsiveness and getting the work done while I was in California was just as important.
I met with Stan Papa on the Sept 31 he provided his bid right away broken down with interior and exterior in two different bids. He kept checking in with me over the next week while I got the other bids continuing to answer my questions. Where the other companies were responsive and friendly it was Stan's "what do YOU need" and "how can I help you achieve it" attitude that made the difference. We had a very short timeline (10 business days) and Stan had other work scheduled but he understood and worked my job in. His his crew even worked one Saturday. I had only planned to do the interior work, saving the exterior for another time but when I asked Stan if he could complete the exterior work while I was there he and his crew made it happen, finishing the whole job the afternnoon before I flew back to Texas. Everyone at Gold Coast was professional and helpful in everyway. They helped solve my problem with good humor, effieciency and skill. Thank you Stan, Tony and everyone at Gold Coast.

They did a great job of coordinating their activity with the flooring and wiring contractors in a very short window between our close and move in dates. Everyone was very professional and performed excellent quality work.
