I really like the computer section. I took my computer in for a tune-up. The G*** Squad who worked on it was very good. The four employees in the computer section were very courteous. Each explained all the tune-ups on my computer. They clearly explained the tune-up programs and what the program was for. I am very pleased with the computer work, the computer employees, and information which they explained. At the time I took my computer, they had several computers to work on. The G*** Squad explained it may take a little longer to work on. It was almost two weeks, but I was very happy when I brought it home. I purchased the tech support program for $150.00 per year. We have 3 computers at home. I will buy the tech support again. I believe this is a good deal. I would definitely recommend the computer repair section to anyone.

Our old TV broke and they couldn't get the part so they gave us a discount that we used to purchase a newer and bigger one. The service we got was excellent. The guy that we worked with was very helpful. We had a little trouble getting our other one fixed but that was because they didn't make parts for it anymore and he was trying to get a part and it didn't work on the TV. That was not his fault that was just the fault from where they buy them. It was about a month before he realized that he couldn't fix it, but that was fine because we got an upgraded TV.

I originally purchased an oven off the sales floor that had a small dent on the right side that would not have been visible in my kitchen. The delivery happened as planned, but when the driver showed up he indicated there was an additional problem: the baffle on the back of the stove was pulled away and exposed a dangling LCD monitor inside. He indicated that it was probably a problem and we should not take delivery. He seemed in a hurry. So a return trip to the store and ordered a new, in the box oven. Again, delivery happened on the day it was supposed to but before the item was removed from the truck the driver (the same one from before)  had pulled away my old oven away from the wall and said my gas line had no shutoff valve and I would have to hire a plumber to install one. A lot of discussion went on about how he HAD to leave the unit in my garage, and they would come back to install. They left the oven in the box and drove away. Two minutes later my son pulled the old unit away from the wall and guess what?! There was a shutoff valve! My son surmised it was a Friday afternoon and they were in a hurry to go do whatever dropoff guys do after work. After a lengthy conversation with their dispatch person the new oven was picked up and I will NEVER buy from "Best" Buy again. A really bad experience.

When i bought a computer a few years ago it was a good experience and they were very helpful. I had to go back two days before christmas and there was no one at the computer section to help me. I walked up to the front and complained and they finally sent someone to help answer my questions and to help complete my purchase. I had trouble setting up the computer once I had gotten it to my home and I had to take it back the next day to have them help me and they were able to assist me. I didnt shop around at many other stores but I feel that the price was fair. They took my old monitor and they did recycle it which I thought was very good of them.

First of all, they had to come out three different times to get the job done and there were different technicians each time, which was frustrating. The first time, they were not as knowledgeable as I had hoped, but they were able to install the television only. The second time they came out, the scheduling was done incorrectly, and they thought they were coming for a service call, so they didn't have enough time blocked for the install. The final time was the best, because there were three guys, and they were able to finish up the job. While I am comfortable with the end result, I did not have the comfort level that they were all fully familiar with the level of installation that I needed. That said, although I am satisfied, I am always looking for A-level work and they were B, so I would not use them again.

I DID NOT GET MY COMPUTER BACK AT THE TIME THEY SAID I WOULD GET IT BACK. THEY SAID TWO OR THREE DAYS, BUT IT TOOK THEM A WEEK. EVERYTHING ELSE WAS SATISFACTORY.

THE EMPLOYEES WERE EFFICIENT IN THE INSTALLATION OF THE GRAPHICS CARD. THEY HAD TO SODDER THE GRAPHIC CARD CONNECTIONS TO INSTALL THE NEW ONE. IT TOOK 3 DAYS FOR THE INSTALLATION TO BE COMPLETED.
