They do not know how to treat for termites. Thei staff is rude, and it extends from the office staff members to the spray guys themselves.

It was okay. They did the spray made more bugs come. Scheduling was pretty simple. The service was prompt.

They came to evaluate my powderpost beetle infestation. Kevin, the
technician was extremely honest and informative. He explained my options
and, rather than sell me a service that wouldn't work, he told the
truth--that I would have to sand and treat the floors or replace them
entirely, since treating them with insecticide would not be effective.
