As above I was out of town when my wife scheduled Ecola to handle the pests they seemed to be on the job and doing what they were suppose to. then out of the blue I got a registered letter from and attorney representing the worker. when we called the company to find out what was going on they claimed to have no knowledge about the matter, but that they would talk to the worker. we asked them not to come back because of the above and they were happy to walk away from their agreement. Leaving me to find where they places mice traps. Not knowing were they were places I found them by tracking down the stench of rotting carcass. It is my assumption that had the company not been involved with the scam they would have attempted to make the matter right. That however never happened. now I have to hire another contractor for the Job.
I have rated there price with and F for the reason that they did not deliver the product I paid them for. I would have been happy to pay the price if they had done the work contracted for and not stabbed me in the back.Would I use Ecola again? Yes.
