The price was reasonable, everyone I talked to was very helpful.  They didn't try to oversell, and gave me useful information and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process.  I was very happy with the work and the customer service.  They went above and beyond, and got the work done in a very timely manner.

I first looked on the internet to see what the pricing for a maintenance package would be and of course thought this was going to cost me a fortune. I called Doors Are Us on a Monday expecting that I would have to wait a week or so for an appointment, and to my surprise they were willing to send someone out that day if I needed to get my car out. I had already done that so after receiving quotes over the phone for the springs with and without replacing the rollers, I set up an appointment for the next morning. I was told that someone would be here between 9-10, but because of traffic and such I received a phone call letting me know that he was running a bit late. It's all about customer service and as long as I received the phone call, I didn't mind that he was late, I get that life happens. When he arrived I let him into the garage, again asked about the replacement of wheels just to make sure they would make a difference from the ones I already had, then left him alone to work his magic. Within an hour the job was done, I received new springs, new rollers, he adjusted the tracks, checked the motor and made minor adjustments to it, tightened the chain and lubed everything. I have to say from the initial phone call to the completion of the job I am very satisfied and I paid exactly what I was quoted for the job. I would definitely use them again!!
